Yoplait Diet ~ Day Two

Today is day two of my Yoplait Diet...lets hope it gets easier, as it goes by...of course, it doesn't help that Patrick eats whatever, whenever in front of me. I think I would have a higher success rate if he would do this with me, or eat healthier, but NO he will not support me when it comes to eating food. Oh well!

Breakfast: Yoplait Light Red Velvet Cake, half banana/half blackberries & 1 cup of Rice Chex cereal (with a little milk)

Lunch: Yoplait Strawberry Orange Sunrise, small orange & 1 Nature Made granola bar

Snack: Carrots sticks

Dinner: Turkey & Cheese rollups, mac n cheese, fruit & dip (not totally healthy - but I had small portions)

Non-fat dairy: my choices are 3 servings of the following during the day ~
1 cup skim milk (as of today, I don't own any of this - so that is out)
1- 6 oz. cup Yoplait® Light yogurt (I am already eating yogurt twice a day, so not sure I want it three times)
¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt
¾ cup nonfat cottage cheese (I had this today)

Exercise: Laundry, breastfeeding, dishes - daily chores today...I hope to do the Wii tomorrow!

  2. Wow, this post was over a year ago! I did see some results, but at the end of the day I was starving...I really think my calorie intake as not what is was supposed to be, especially since I was breastfeeding at the time.
