To save me time, I thought I would combine my diet days on here...
Monday, January 17th - Day 8
Breakfast: Cereal, black forest cake yogurt & small orange
Lunch: Apple turnover yogurt, granola bar & orange
Dinner: Chicken Parmesian with leftover pasta & salad
Tuesday, January 18th - Day 9
Breakfast: Cereal, key lime pie yogurt & orange
Lunch: I cheated...After breakfast we went had an unscheduled playdate at a friends house...the guys ordered pizza, so I was bad and had 1 slice and half a breadstick...It was so tempting to eat 2 or 3 or 4 pieces of pizza - but I was good & only ate 1 slice...which means no yogurt, fruit or whole wheat cereal/granola.
Dinner: I made ground turkey tacos with chips/salsa (for me - Pat & Destin wouldn't even try them! They had regular ground beef). I have heard that it tastes the same, but I didn't think it did. They were good, and I will definitely try them again :)
Exercise: Yeah, still not doing well with this :(
