So what's for dinner this week at the Roach household? Here is our weekly menu:

S: Tacos, rice & beans with chips/salsa
M: BBQ Brisket with ?
T: Pork tenderloin w/mashed pot/gravy, & veggie
W: Cheeseburgers & fries
T: Breakfast for dinner ~ sausage, egg & cheese biscuits with some fruit
F: Fettucine alfredo, salad & bread
S: Merry Christmas!
S: Crescent dogs & pasta salad with chips/dip

Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies, mini cheesecakes with cherry or strawberry topping & icecream - Yum!

Week 10: What's for dinner?

So what's for dinner this week at the Roach household? I try to always serve a veggie & fruit with the main course :) Here is this week's menu (in no particular order!):

S: Roast with biscuits
M: Potato Soup in a bread bowl
T: Frozen Pizza
W: Fajitas, chicken dip, chips & rice/beans (we never had it last week!)
T: Pork tenderloin, stuffing & mashed pot/gravy
F: Spaghetti & meatballs
S: Chili & fritos, shredded chs & sour cream
S: Chicken noodle soup (turned into chicken & noodles, minus the soup!) & BLTs(we never had it last week)

So what's for dinner this week at the Roach household? Here is our weekly menu:

S: Pasta & chicken, salad & french bread
M: Sonic
T: Frozen Pizza
W: Fajitas, chicken dip, chips & rice/beans
T: Cornish hens & mashed pot/gravy & veggie
F: Spaghetti & meatballs
S: Chili & fritos, shredded chs & sour cream
S: Chicken noodle soup & grilled cheese sandwiches

Week 5 ~ 8: What's for dinner?

I totally forgot about posting my "What's for dinner?" post for the past 3 weeks...so I thought I would try to remember what we had...Fried chicken, Lasagna, Spaghetti, Tacos, Enchiladas, Burritos, Pizza Hut, Thanksgiving lunch (at Gma Tammie's house), Chicken Parmesian, Fettucine, Ravioli, Totellini (we have a lot of Italian food), Burgers, and more! I can't remember everything!

Week 8's Menu:
S: Crescent Dogs with cheese, fries & ?

M: Homemade Manicotti, Garlic bread & salad

T: Bear Creek Potato Soup (just add water & shredded cheese) & BLTs - this was so yummy!

W: Pork chops, cheesy potatoes, & cheesy peas

T: Steak & ?

F: Porkloin, stuffing & corn

S: Frozen Pizza

S: Grillers & 2x baked potato

M: Mac Grill's Alfredo Noodles & Chicken

So, what's for dinner at your house? What's for lunch & dessert too? I made mini cheesecakes last week for Thanksgiving and this week I made yellow cake with chocolate frosting.

Week 4: What's for dinner?

In order to save time and money, I always make a weekly dinner menu/grocery list...this will be week 4 of me posting our weekly menu.

I always serve at least 1 fruit & 1 veggie at each meal (in case they are not listed) & other sides. So here is this week's menu:

Sun: Happy Birthday Anakin! We went to his party in the afternoon, came home & made Tacos with rice :)
M: Pork Cutlets
T: Pork Tenderloin
W: Chicken Grillers, Twice baked potato & veggie
T: Frozen Pizza
F: Tortellini/Fettucine & salad
Sat: Fried Chicken

So what's for dinner at your house? As far as dessert goes, I am not sure this week...either cookies, pumpkin bread and/or icecream :)

Week 3: Whats for dinner?

Its Thursday, and I almost forgot to post my weekly "What's for dinner?" post! I guess all my days are blending closer together...anyways...I always serve at least 1 fruit & 1 veggie at each meal (in case they are not listed). So here is this week's menu:

S: Happy Halloween! We ordered Pizza Hut - yummy!
M: Cheeseburgers, fries, mac n' cheese & oranges
T: Bacon/Turkey club sandwiches, fries & pineapple
W: Ranch pork chops, scalloped potatoes, carrots & pears
T: Homemade Lasagna, salad & veggie (see pic below)

F: Breakfast for dinner - pancakes, sausage & fresh fruit
S: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy & veggie

I am always on the lookout for something new...so, whats for dinner at your house? Also, I am thinking about adding/trying a weekly dessert - our family loves desserts :) Today I made 10 dozen chocolate chip & peanut butter/choc. chip cookies with Destin's help...don't worry though, I am sending more than half with Patrick to work!
